This is a nice indie zomedy film written, directed, and starring a bunch of guys from Alabama. Aired on SciFi a couple of times, and at various film festivals.

Obviously a micro-budget film, with "bad" special effects, but considering it's taking a stab at the older zombie films, while simultaneously paying homage to them, the effects are actually just how they SHOULD be.

Not the greatest acting, but charming nonetheless, since it is a damned parody of low-budget zombie films of the 70's and 80's.

All in all, a pretty good movie. Has a kind of Kevin Smith-type humor.
