PSP CFW 4.01 M33-2. I know there are newer versions out, but I use this one and I haven't had any issues with it.

If anyone needs help installing custom firmware, reply and I'll help.

Remember that if you're trying to install cfw on a PSP slim for the first time, you need a Pandora Battery.
